Very helpful and polite staff. Good location - comfortable beds.
Very noisy when room is allocated on lower floors facing the main street. I had asked for higher floors on the back of the hotel but did not get it. Hotel bill was charged on arrival - did not understand why. Normally I pay my hotel bills on departure. Room rate was quoted in Euros but charged in tl - which is acceptable - except that the hotel rate of exchange is unfavourable to the client.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city centre. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the free toiletries provided added to our overall comfort. The hotel also had Wi-Fi access, which was convenient for staying connected during our trip. Additionally, the 24-hour reception ensured that all our needs were met at any time of the day.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Kadesh the bellboy and Alican, the desk clerk. Alican was the only one who could speak english well enough to give directions for sights to see as well as any dangers in the area. It was a delight to see him each time I walked through the lobby; very comforting. He is the best and I would return knowing he would be there to greet me. The room was nice and as clean as it could be since the hotel allows smoking in the room. They did a good job trying to keep it fresh.
One desk clerk, unknown name, was very rude to my guest. The desk clerk did not address me, but begain speaking to my guest in their native language. I did not understand why the desk clerk was so rude, but he would be the sole reason why I would not return. Explain in detail whether or not visitors are allowed to visit a resident in their room. It is sad to pay the amount of money for a hotel room and be treated like a college student in a dormitory asking permission to have visitors. This hotel will begin to lose foreign customers if they have to live by Turkish customs and they are not Turkish. I did not visit Turkey to be lectured on what I can do for fun.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious room and the friendly staff. the room had a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. the location was quite convenient, near some popular tourist attractions. Plus, it was nice to have access to free Wi-Fi in the room.
The hotel fell short in some areas. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and was not very appetizing.
